齒(chǐ)廓與螺旋線形狀偏差和傾(qīng)斜偏差的數值
B1總則
齒廓與螺旋線的形狀偏差和傾斜偏差不是必檢項目,在本标準中不作爲标準的要素,因爲形狀偏差和傾斜偏差對齒輪的性能有重要影響,所以将有關數值列於(yú)表B1至表B3中。在3.2.3、3.2.4和3.3.3、3.3.4中分别給出瞭(le)齒廓和螺旋線的形狀偏差和傾斜偏差的定義。
B2 5級(jí)精度的公差或極(jí)限偏差計算式
B2.1齒廓形狀公差
B2.2齒廓傾斜極限偏差±FHα
B2.3螺旋線形狀公差FHβ和螺旋線傾斜極限偏差±FHβ
B2.4對於(yú)其他精度等級的形狀公差值和傾斜極限偏差值,用第5章中規定的同樣規則計算,並(bìng)對計算值進行圓整。
